    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate fiberglass chop gun.</li>\n <li>Follow manufacturing schedules and complete tasks with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all company, safety (HSE), and quality policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work up to 12-hour shifts, including standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion.</li>\n <li>Lift materials up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull tasks throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>Overtime and shift work may be required.</li>\n <li>Minimal travel (less than 10%) expected.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.</li>\n <li>3 years of verifiable work history preferred.</li>\n <li>Must pass a drug screen and background check.</li>\n <li>Commitment to safety and team-based work environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Veterans Welcome:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At NOV Fiberglass Systems, we value the dedication, discipline, and skills that military veterans bring to the workforce.
