This role will specifically be dedicated to our custom manufacturing (fabrication) facilities that produce bespoke O&P products for our patients. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll lead empowered, cross-functional product teams and champion lean product practices, lean / iterative delivery, and continuous discovery. Your goal: build outcomes that matter — not just features that ship. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, user experience, and technology.</p>\n<h2>Your Impact</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead Modern Product Development: Guide cross-functional teams using agile, human-centered, and data-informed product management practices. </li>\n <li>Shape Product Vision and Strategy: Partner with leadership to define and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with Hanger’s mission. </li>\n <li>Drive Discovery and Experimentation: Collaborate with design and engineering to validate assumptions through interviews, prototypes, and measurable experiments. </li>\n <li>Prioritize with Purpose: Maintain a living product roadmap and backlog that balance user needs, business value, and technical sustainability. </li>\n <li>Deliver Measurable Outcomes: Define success metrics and ensure each release delivers tangible value to clinicians, patients, or operations. </li>\n <li>Enable High-Performing Teams: Act as a servant leader — facilitating sprint events, clearing blockers, and fostering a culture of trust, growth, and accountability. </li>\n <li>Partner Across the Business: Work closely with manufacturing, clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure alignment and impact across the organization. </li>\n <li>Manage External Relationships: Identify and evaluate third-party partners, negotiate agreements, and oversee integrations that enhance product capabilities. </li>\n <li>Launch, Measure, and Learn: Lead post-launch validation to confirm performance, gather feedback, and inform continuous improvement. </li>\n <li>Communicate with Clarity: Present product insights, results, and learnings to leadership and peers with influence and transparency.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven success defining and delivering digital products using lean, agile, or Pivotal-style practices</li>\n <li>Typically requires a minimum of 12+ years of related experience. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.
