Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p><em>Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Available on-call 24 hours a day</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</li>\n <li>Performs duties of Surveillance Supervisor or Agent when necessary</li>\n <li>Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Surveillance Manager</li>\n <li>Represents the department professionally at internal and external meetings and events</li>\n <li>Fosters an environment of mutual trust, respect, and confidence with guests and team members</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate and timely documentation of equipment malfunctions and repairs</li>\n <li>Adheres to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operational guidelines</li>\n <li>Demonstrates consistent performance in communication, initiative/problem solving, guest service/interpersonal relations, work habits/conduct, and responsible gaming/business ethics</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems</li>\n <li>High school diploma or GED; supplemented by technical coursework</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and related equipment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n <li>Familiarity with all phases of gaming operations</li>\n <li>Proficient in the use of video equipment, hand tools, and related technical equipment</li>\n <li>PC literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
