This leader will oversee cleanliness standards, team performance, operational efficiency, and service execution while ensuring every space reflects the quality and hospitality that define the Parrot Key experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are passionate about creating exceptional environments, developing teams, and delivering memorable guest experiences, we invite you to join us.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2-4 years of Housekeeping leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment preferred</li>\n <li>Previous experience managing housekeeping operations, room inspections, scheduling, and team performance</li>\n <li>Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate and engage employees</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards while balancing operational demands</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities</li>\n <li>Experience managing labor productivity and departmental expenses preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning practices, sanitation procedures, and safety standards</li>\n <li>Experience with hospitality systems and Microsoft Office preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs</li>\n <li>Flexible availability including weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or business-related education preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p>Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining and entertainment venues across the US.
