In addition, this role will support existing products, product lines and extensions to match customer and market opportunities. The position requires strong cross-functional leadership to deliver innovative products that meet customer needs while maintaining safety, quality, and profitability.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Chicago, IL / Downers Grove, IL / Phoenix, IL</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Salary Range:</strong>&nbsp;$125K - $140K annually, based on experience and qualifications.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Travel Requirements:&nbsp;</strong>Overnight travel of up to 25% may be required.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;Essential Functions:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strategic Leadership &amp; Planning: Own the complete product roadmap, identify market opportunities through customer engagement and market research, develop financial models and business cases, set pricing strategies, and maintain competitive intelligence while facilitating key go/no-go decisions throughout the product development lifecycle.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Product Development &amp; Technical Oversight: Lead the end-to-end New Product Development/product extension process, coordinating cross-functional teams while working closely with internal teams on design specifications, manufacturing feasibility, and quality control parameters.
