    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>To ensure customer satisfaction by operating the catering department with the highest level of quality service and to achieve expected sales goals.</p>\n<h2>Minimum Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Complete training in catering operations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate capability to interact with customers, vendors and associates.</li>\n <li>Must have pleasant phone manners, and be sales motivated.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, with the ability to follow instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work a schedule based on the business needs of the store location.</li>\n <li>Authorized to work within the U.S. </li>\n <li>Valid Massachusetts License. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The list of essential functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet, assist and thank all customers in a prompt, courteous, friendly and business-like manner.</li>\n <li>Commit to the “Golden Rule” and work with other associated to build a strong catering team.</li>\n <li>Achieve the highest associate morale in the industry by working in a style that is Respectful, Supportive and Totally Team Oriented (RSTO).</li>\n <li>Go out of your way to satisfy any request for assistance; phone sales and in store sales, sales follow up, thank you cards, and phone calls.</li>\n <li>Order coordination at store level for customer pick up.</li>\n <li>Telemarketing to generate potential customers.</li>\n <li>Handle various sales and service functions at the catering desk.</li>\n <li>Computer order entry and processing.</li>\n <li>Delivery scheduling and delivery driver coordination.</li>\n <li>Coordination of outsourced vendors (service/equipment rentals).</li>\n <li>Maintaining daily equipment log with scheduled recovery.</li>\n <li>In charge of daily order invoicing.</li>\n <li>Daily processing of direct billing orders, and coordinating the direct billing with the office manager.</li>\n <li>Generate daily checklist of department managers and work order coordination. </li>\n <li>Handle daily delivery logs, weekly sales reports, and billing reports.</li>\n <li>Be safety conscious and correct any unsafe conditions you observe.</li>\n <li>Practice the “Cleaner’s Creed” and proper sanitation procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain a neat personal appearance including proper uniform.</li>\n <li>Keep sales and work area swept clean, orderly, and free from safety hazards; report hazards to management.</li>\n <li>Exercise proper safety practices when lifting or moving product or using equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Secondary Job Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement.</li>\n <li>May be required to deliver catering orders if driver is unavailable.</li>\n <li>Successful completion of the onboarding/e-learnings and checklist within 30 days of hire/entering the department.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands: (per work day)</h2>\n<p>The physical demands and safety risk factors of the job listed below may occur during each work shift and are listed according to their frequency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Frequency</strong></p>\n<p>Crawling.</p>\n<p>0% (N) Never</p>\n<p>Carrying and lifting up to 40 lbs, climbing up to 8 feet, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching,</p>\n<p>1-33% (O) Occasionally</p>\n<p>Standing and walking on tile or concrete, sitting, pushing and pulling up to 200 lbs, bending, and smelling.  </p>\n<p>34-66% (F) Frequently</p>\n<p>Handling, fingering, feeling, reaching at waist or overhead, talking, seeing, and hearing.</p>\n<p>67-100% (C) Continuously</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Safety Risk Factors</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Frequency</strong></p>\n<p>Toxic exposure (see material safety data sheet) or hazardous equipment (mechanical moving parts).</p>\n<p>0% (N) Never</p>\n<p>Loud noise, slipper or cluttered floor, contact with sharp objects and skin irritants, nuisance dust, fumes, and sprays, and hazardous cleaning solutions.</p>\n<p>1-33% (O) Occasionally</p>\n<p>Twisting of back and neck.</p>\n<p>34-66% (F) Frequently</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Machines, tools, and equipment utilized:</strong></p>\n<p>Computer and telephone.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Repetitive Action:</strong></p>\n<p>Continuous movement of entire body.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hiring Range:</strong> In accordance with MA Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the hiring range for this position.
