We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Ink Lab.&#xa0;Check out this opportunity to be part of our team and contribute to our growth and success.&#xa0;As a Quality Control Tech, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Performing quality control testing of production batches of inks and coatings</li><li>Completing associated clerical work (entering results into SAP, printing labels, filing, etc.)</li><li>Performing 5S cleaning and maintaining the area</li><li>Establishing and maintaining&#xa0;accurate and complete quality records in SAP</li><li>Performing color quality tests; making batch additions and adjustments</li><li>Implementing necessary and timely batch corrections directly to Production</li><li>Calibrating&#xa0;and verifying&#xa0;test equipment</li><li>Investigating&#xa0;and analyzing&#xa0;non-conforming batches (internal and external)</li><li>Supporting&#xa0;Lean Manufacturing</li><li>Ensuring&#xa0;sample retention management</li><li>Performing some customer proofing</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong><em>To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:</em></strong></p><ul><li>Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>Be able to pass a color vision test</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs (MS Office) and other computer skills</li><li>Be&#xa0;flexible to cover other shifts if needed</li><li>Have excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and good math skills</li><li>Have 6 to&#xa0;12 months previous Lab/QC related work experience</li><li>Be able to stand for long periods of time</li></ul><p><strong><em>In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:</em></strong></p><ul><li>An understanding of manufacturing operations and basic aspects of printing technologies</li><li>Experience working in a high volume department</li><li>Prior experience in Lean Manufacturing facility</li><li>Trade or Tech school</li><li>Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed</li><li>SAP Knowledge</li><li>Previous experience in the ink industry</li></ul>",
