The successful candidate plays a crucial role in working to identify requirements, streamline processes, and ensure the effective Implementation of solutions. As a Finance Business System Analyst, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our systems support organizational goals, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall business success.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To work in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Financial Statements, Costing and Inventory Valuation Process, Integration with other products with ERP LN Finance, Chart-of-Accounts, Dimensions, Enterprise Structure leading into Integrations, Mappings, Finance data Consolidation and management reporting. setting up new finance companies (for new sites) working with logistics SME’s and verify the existing system setup and suggest improvements.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Accountabilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Corporate Finance and Costing :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement advanced Financial Accounting and Costing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce Manual transaction entries and processing.</li>\n<li>Should be able to support the business and analyzing the financial transactions created by different business entities and processes.</li>\n<li>Provide training and support to end-users on LN Finance functionalities and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Process Optimization:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions leveraging LN capabilities.</li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and system utilization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Integration &amp; Data Management:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between LN systems and other enterprise applications.</li>\n<li>Maintain data integrity and accuracy across logistics and Finance modules.</li>\n<li>Identify, track, and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.</li>\n<li>Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements and user stories to understand the needs of various business units.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, project managers, IT teams) to ensure the proper translation of business requirements into system specifications.</li>\n<li>Perform gap analysis to identify system deficiencies and ineffective utilization of underlying ERP functionality. Propose solutions to optimize business processes.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain detailed functional specifications and related system documentation that deliver business requirements.</li>\n<li>Conduct system testing, including developing test plans, test cases, and executing tests to ensure the final product meets functional specifications and performance criteria.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to developers during the design and implementation phases.</li>\n<li>Assist with system integration, migration, and rollout of new functionality. Develop and deliver user training to ensure users effectively use the ERP system.</li>\n<li>Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project success.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>To thrive in this role, you should bring:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting or related field.</li>\n<li>15–20 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.</li>\n<li>Experience with business process modeling and system documentation.</li>\n<li>Experience in facilitating workshops and user training sessions.</li>\n<li>Training experience for Financial Accounting / Costing resources (Preferred).</li>\n<li>Experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).</li>\n<li>Experience implementing ERP LN CloudSuite (Preferred; must-have).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into system requirements.</li>\n<li>Experience with Infor LN product LN10.7, ERP LN CloudSuite.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of ERP LN Finance, working with Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement and Warehousing Modules.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with making business analysis and design documents.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of system integration techniques and best practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Soft Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Armstrong Fluid Technology?</span></p>\n<p>By joining us, you’ll become part of a global community dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fluid-flow technology while upholding Armstrong's commitment to sustainability.
