Air Force Life Cycle Management Center-Ground Base Air Defense Sensor division (AFLCMC/ESG). </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ESG Division manages efforts focused on developing, acquiring, fielding and sustaining programs that support worldwide communications, Battle Management, Command & Control, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C2ISR), Air/Ground Surveillance, Time Critical Targeting, Combat Identification, Radar Imagery, Integrated Air/Missile Defense, and Mobile/Fixed C2ISR Performance, Exploitation & Dissemination Facilities.</p>\n<p> This is a full-time position located at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, Massachusetts.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but not limited to: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Identify requirements for funding, manpower, materials, facilities, and services to support program plans and ensure timely support.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with material support and product support managers to maintain comprehensive logistics plans, including joint-service and coalition coordination.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop and execute life cycle logistics plans to ensure smooth product transition to Air Logistics Complex Centers.</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify and mitigate sustainment challenges, especially in the Configuration Data Analysis (CDA) domain.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate functional specialists to meet program logistics requirements on schedule.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide logistics analytical support for key metrics such as supply, reliability, and maintainability, and present findings in program reviews.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in acquisition and sustainment strategy planning IAW DoD 5000.2 guidance.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop acquisition documentation supporting all phases of the program lifecycle.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide expert logistics inputs for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and technical specifications.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare program management documentation, including Business Case Analyses, Trade Studies, and DoD 5000.02 milestone documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Create logistics planning documents such as Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSPs), and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources plans.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support engineering studies, integration activities, and readiness reviews for production and deployment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Contribute to Test and Evaluation (T&E) strategies, Integrated Test Team charters, and related documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in developing Capability-Based Assessments (CBAs), Initial Capability Documents (ICDs), and Capability Development/Production Documents (CDDs/CPDs).</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain requirements traceability using tools like DOORS and provide data visualization support for requirements documentation.</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop draft CONOPS, technology assessments, and acquisition opportunity reports aligned with warfighter requirements.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support source selection activities, acquisition strategies, and evaluation documentation.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field</p>\n<p><strong>Years of experience: </strong>15+ years of related experience with 8+ years of DoD related experience</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with the acquisition lifecycle and product support planning during each phase or milestone</li>\n <li>Experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructions</li>\n <li>Experience with the DoD integrated product support element structure</li>\n <li>Familiarity with the Product Support Business Case Analysis (PS-BCA), Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), and Logistics Health Assessment (LHA) processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ability to lead complex projects with minimal supervision</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong communication and coordination skills across functional teams</p></li>\n
