Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Fliesen-Sortiments in Deutschland
Ausbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
Verhandlung von Lieferantenkonditionen und Rahmverträgen
Analyse relevanter Einkaufs-Kennzahlen, Ableitung von Maßnahmen und Reporting an Einkaufsleitung
Stetige Optimierung & Digitalisierung von Einkaufsprozessen
Preis- & Margenmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebsteam
Steuerung von Beschaffungsprojekten rund um Sortiment, Produkteinführungen und Prozessoptimierung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Finanzabteilung, 20+ Niederlassungen als zentrale Schnittstelle für den Bereich Fliese
requirements
🎯 DEIN PROFIL:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium
Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf, idealerweise im Großhandel oder baunahen Umfeld
Mind. 2 Jahre Führungsverantwortung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Digitale Affinität & Freude am Einsatz moderner Tools und KI im Arbeitsalltag
