We are looking for Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join our growing team. This will require many physical activities including, but not limited to, standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, squatting, kneeling, and generally keeping pace with children from 2-15 years old</p></li>\n <li>Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current/Active RBT Certification</li>\n <li>Access to reliable transportation</li>\n <li>Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks while working in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Compensation rate range $19-24 per hour</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#BT4</p>",
