Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.</p><p></p><p>You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.</p><p></p><p><b>How You Will Make an Impact  </b></p><ul><li><p>Manage and mentor a team of Investor Services professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.</p></li><li><p>Oversee the end-to-end processing of investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and other capital activity, ensuring compliance with fund documents and regulatory requirements.</p></li><li><p>Act as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong, trusted relationships.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accurate and timely delivery of investor statements, capital calls, distribution notices, and other investor-related communications.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and enhance operational workflows and procedures to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal departments, including fund accounting, legal, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery.</p></li><li><p>Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in investor services.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement training programs for the Investor Services team to enhance their skills and knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Participate in client due diligence meetings and present on investor services capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Assist in the preparation of management reports and metrics related to investor activity and team performance.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Experience </b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar field </p></li><li><p>6&#43; years’ experience in Investor Services or related field financial services industry with a least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity</p></li><li><p>Excellent client relationship management skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with institutional investors.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with corporate executives.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation abilities </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Fund Structures and all aspects of the services provided by an Investor Services Department (e.g., AML/KYC compliance, FATCA, CRS)</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of various investment vehicles (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds) and their associated investor servicing requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What Sets You Apart</b> (preferred qualifications)</p><ul><li><p>FINRA Series 6 or 7 license preferred but not required.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in investor relations software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).</p></li><li><p>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Join SS&amp;C, where innovation meets global opportunities. <a href=\"http://www.ssctech.com/careers\" target=\"_blank\">Click here</a> to apply.</p><p></p><p>#LI-Hybrid</p><p>#LI-JS</p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p>Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&amp;C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.</p><p> </p><p> </p>SS&amp;C Technologies offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and future.
