      "value": "<ul><li>Design and develop power electronics hardware including power distribution & protection units, solid-state power controllers and DC-DC converters.</li><li>Capture requirements and manage them systematically in a traceable way.</li><li>Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs for power electronic systems.</li><li>Perform circuit analysis, simulations, and design optimization (thermal, EMI/EMC, efficiency, reliability).</li><li>Select and qualify power components such as Power MOSFETs, IGBTs, SiC/GaN devices, magnetics, and passive components.</li><li>Lead prototype build, bring-up, debugging, and validation testing.</li><li>Conduct failure analysis and implement design improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards (UL, IEC, ISO, etc.).</li><li>Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, procurement and quality teams.</li><li>Support production ramp-up, manufacturing test development, and field issue resolution.</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, test reports, and design reviews.</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li>Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.</li><li>5-7 years of professional experience.</li><li>Strong background in power electronics theory and practical hardware design.</li><li>Experience with electrical protection, power semiconductors, converter topologies and control methods.</li><li>Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad).</li><li>Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, power analysers, electronic loads).</li><li>Solid understanding of electronics packaging, thermal management, EMI/EMC, and safety design.</li><li>Ability to debug complex hardware issues independently.</li><li>Experience with wide bandgap semiconductors (SiC, GaN).</li><li>Familiarity with simulation tools (LTspice, PLECS, PSIM, MATLAB/Simulink).</li><li>Knowledge of high-voltage and high-power systems.</li><li>Experience with DO-254 process.</li><li>Experience with aerospace & defence standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704).</li></ul><em>We recognize that women and other under-represented groups are often overlooked in our industry.
