This position is based at our <strong>Mississauga, ON facility</strong> and will play a critical role in supporting both end users and core IT infrastructure. Our assemblies consistently set the standard because our people consistently raise the bar.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Piston Group? </strong>Competitive Wages, Paid Holidays & Vacation, Medical & Rx Plans, Dental & Vision Plans, Employee Assistance Program, Life & Disability Coverage, RSP with Company Match.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provide daily end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.</p></li>\n <li><p>Administer and maintain Microsoft Active Directory (users, groups, computers).</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage phone systems, badge access provisioning, and A/V conferencing tools.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate incident and trouble response using ServiceNow ITSM platform.</p></li>\n <li><p>Install, configure, and support company-approved software, including:</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint</p></li>\n   <li><p>AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Syncplicity, </p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><p>Provide mobile device support, including Microsoft Authenticator and mobile Office apps.</p></li>\n <li><p>Troubleshoot and support wired/wireless networks, DHCP, VLANs, and IPAM.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support multifunction printer/copier units.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain and diagnose physical datacenter components such as routers, switches, firewalls, servers, UPS systems, storage arrays, and environmental sensors.</p></li>\n <li><p>Apply Windows Updates, manage security patches, and handle image deployment.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain backup and recovery processes and technologies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Occasional travel to other sites may be required (≤10%)</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Required Skills and Technologies:</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Core Platforms:</strong> Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Systems Management:</strong> Image Deployment, Patch Management, Windows Updates</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Networking:</strong> DNS, DHCP, VLAN, IPAM, Cisco Meraki</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Virtualization:</strong> VMware vCenter and ESXi</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Monitoring & Remote Tools:</strong> SolarWinds, Endpoint Protection, ServiceNow</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Hardware Support:</strong> Printers/Copiers, servers, networking and A/V equipment</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Backup & Disaster Recovery:</strong> Experience with enterprise-grade solutions</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Mobile Device Support:</strong> iOS/Android mobile Office suite and multilayer security tools</p></li>\n <li><strong>Sql experience:</strong>Sql server management studio</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred, High School Diploma or GED required. </p></li>\n <li><p>3+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure-related role.</p>\n  <ul>\n   <li><p>Relevant certifications (MCSA, CompTIA, Cisco, VMware, etc.) are a plus</p></li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>3+ years in manufacturing (Broadcast based) IT support</li>\n <li>able to lift 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Support label printers and handhelp scanners</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Piston Automotive Canada, part of the Piston Group family of companies, is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that values the unique contributions of every employee.
