This work typically occurs over a 10&ndash;21 day period during which outgoing residents move out and incoming residents prepare to move in.</p><p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"770\">This is a fast-paced, hands-on role involving daily assignments across various areas of the property. Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, assisting with cleaning and trash removal, supporting maintenance and preventative upkeep tasks, assembling and installing furniture, and providing general support during resident move-in activities.</p><h2 data-section-id=\"155zi8o\" data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"833\"><strong data-start=\"780\" data-end=\"833\">Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):</strong></h2><ul data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"2688\"><li data-section-id=\"ftl6dm\" data-start=\"835\" data-end=\"1175\"><strong data-start=\"837\" data-end=\"871\">Furniture Delivery &amp; Assembly:</strong> Assist with unloading, transporting, assembling, and placing furniture throughout units and common areas. This work requires physical strength and the ability to lift items up to 50+ pounds, as well as the use of basic hand tools for assembly. Tasks may include delivery, installation, and site cleanup.</li><li data-section-id=\"5ft2u1\" data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1414\"><strong data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1214\">Exterior &amp; Grounds Maintenance:</strong> Support upkeep of outdoor areas and community appearance, including trash removal, landscaping tasks (mowing, edging, trimming, planting), and cleaning exterior walkways, hallways, and shared spaces.</li><li data-section-id=\"1w6rqqx\" data-start=\"1416\" data-end=\"1661\"><strong data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1454\">Cleaning &amp; Housekeeping Support:</strong> Assist with cleaning duties across units and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, carpet care, office cleaning, and other sanitation tasks required during turnover periods.</li><li data-section-id=\"14n98cq\" data-start=\"1663\" data-end=\"1974\"><strong data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1685\">Move-In Support:</strong> Assist residents and families during move-in activities by helping transport belongings, directing traffic flow, and supporting an organized and positive move-in experience. This role requires professionalism, courtesy, and timely reporting of any resident concerns to on-site leadership.</li><li data-section-id=\"1uzf62u\" data-start=\"1976\" data-end=\"2246\"><strong data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2005\">Maintenance Assistance:</strong> Support maintenance staff with a variety of tasks including basic unit prep (lightbulb replacement, air filter changes, battery replacements), minor repairs, painting touch-ups, preventative maintenance, and general labor support as needed.</li><li data-section-id=\"l07w77\" data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2449\">Entry into occupied units will only occur when accompanied by authorized on-site personnel. All interactions with residents, families, and guests must remain professional and respectful at all times.</li><li data-section-id=\"1aw30jr\" data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2688\">All tools and equipment will be provided by on-site leadership.
