With us, anticipate engaging and challenging projects that deliver innovative solutions and value-added technologies helping power more than 38 million North American homes.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do Day-To-Day</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures effective performance of engineering assignments.  </li>\n <li>Plans and directs the timely execution of engineering activities, as assigned.   </li>\n <li>Ensures projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives and customer standards.  </li>\n <li>Ensures adherence to government, organization and customer engineering standards and procedures.   </li>\n <li>Monitors goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.   </li>\n <li>Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.  </li>\n <li>Researches and assesses best practices, proposing methods and improvements.  </li>\n <li>Works on special projects, as directed.  Performs other related duties and tasks, as required. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering\n  <ul>\n   <li>Dependent on the position, degrees in Physics, Engineering Technology and Engineering Science may also be accepted.  </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years of related experience. </li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of related engineering standards, techniques and criteria.  </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required. </li>\n <li>Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment. </li>\n <li>Advanced problem identification and problem resolution skills.  </li>\n <li>Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.   </li>\n <li>Strong analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.  </li>\n <li>Advanced level of specific software tools (CAD, FEA, CFD) and programming skills. </li>\n <li>Experience with design, fabrication and repair of primary system components at nuclear power plants.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Total Rewards Package</h2>\n<p><strong>Total Rewards Package          </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Salary: </strong>$112,000 - $152,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline.
