We celebrate change and are always looking for ways to do things better!&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to senior leadership, including C-suite executives, on corporate governance, risk, and business operations&nbsp;</li><li>Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, supplier, manufacturing, and lease agreements&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee licensing management, including contractor and technician licensing and renewals&nbsp;</li><li>Manage regulatory compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions, including state, provincial, and local code requirements (e.g., elevator and pool regulations)&nbsp;</li><li>Lead insurance program management, including general liability, E&amp;O, and cyber coverage&nbsp;</li><li>Manage litigation and disputes, including coordination with outside counsel&nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidance on privacy, data security, and incident/breach response&nbsp;</li><li>Advise on cross-border legal matters involving Canada and Mexico, including employment, customs, and commercial relationships&nbsp;</li><li>Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration&nbsp;</li><li>Provide legal support to HR on employment-related matters&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee intellectual property protection and strategy</li></ul><p>What You’ll Bring:</p><ul><li>Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school&nbsp;</li><li>Active license and good standing with the Texas Bar&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 5+ years of corporate law experience (in-house or law firm)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills&nbsp;</li><li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally</li></ul><p>What We Do:</p><p><br></p><p>Our mission is simple - We provide critical communications services to help people in distress.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Our Core Values are even simpler:</p><p>1.
