This role combines clinical leadership, direct nursing support, staff supervision, and cross department collaboration to ensure excellent client care and efficient medical operations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Provide leadership, supervision, and performance management for nursing and medical assistant staff supporting psychiatric services.</p><p>• Conduct individual and group supervision, performance reviews, and ongoing clinical support.</p><p>• Deliver direct nursing care, including long-acting injectable medication coordination, refills, and prior authorizations (approximately 10% of time).</p><p>• Ensure medication reconciliation for 95% of hospital discharges and process 90% of refill requests within two business days.</p><p>• Complete documentation within three business days of service delivery.</p><p>• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support integrated care delivery.</p><p>• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to health mentors within the InSHAPE wellness program.</p><p>• Serve as Infection Control Nurse and participate in agency wide risk management initiatives, including annual trainings and flu clinics.</p><p>• Act as research coordinator and liaison for Dartmouth research projects, supporting contracts and invoicing.</p><p>• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned by the Chief Medical Officer.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.</p><p>• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.</p><p>• 1–2 years of nursing or clinical leadership experience preferred.</p><p>• Knowledge of psychiatric medications and safe administration of intramuscular injections.</p><p>• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.</p><p>• Strong leadership, team building, and collaboration skills.</p><p>• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</p><p>• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment and manage competing priorities.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Work for Us</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for collaborative, curious for knowledge people with a “can do” mentality to join our team of compassionate employees!
