By leveraging your expertise in leasing, resident relations, and marketing you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth processes, from welcoming new tenants to maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Reporting to the General Manager, here’s what you’ll be doing!</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all phases of leasing, resident retention, and renewals.</li>\n <li>Coordinate property tours, screen applications, and qualify prospective tenants.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate leasing records, including tenant information, lease agreements, and rental payments.</li>\n <li>Oversee lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs with proper documentation and compliance.</li>\n <li>Conduct move-in orientations and ensure residents are welcomed smoothly.</li>\n <li>Lead marketing and sales efforts to increase occupancy and community visibility.</li>\n <li>Stay updated on local market trends and contribute ideas for improving resident satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with company policies and Fair Housing laws.</li>\n <li>Assist with resident service requests, ensuring timely completion by the maintenance team.</li>\n <li>Organize resident events to foster community engagement.</li>\n <li>Perform routine inspections of units and the property, ensuring it meets company standards.</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor the leasing team, ensuring best practices in leasing and resident communication.</li>\n <li>Prepare and participate in weekly leasing and activity reports.</li>\n <li>Ensure the leasing office is welcoming and well-maintained for tours.</li>\n <li>And so much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role! </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations is required. </li>\n <li>Minimum of one year of experience, preferably in residential properties, rental operations, or related business operations required.  </li>\n <li>Relevant experience working at a property, even better at a university/college</li>\n <li>Entrata experience, or relevant rental software experience</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain quality relationships</li>\n <li>Strong customer service skills, ability to manage difficult or emotional customer and staff situations, responds promptly to customer needs and quickly responds to resident requests</li>\n <li>Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Here’s a snapshot of what we offer!</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary $20 - $24</li>\n <li>Lease commission eligible</li>\n <li>Generous benefits package!
