    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide one-on-one lessons (Using KeepSAfe guidelines), vocal instruction (Group or Solo) and other musical instruction.</li>\n <li>Teach and/or lead Corps Brass Band and Singing Company</li>\n <li>Secure, organize, maintain and provide constant upkeep of all equipment, instruments, and files of the Corps music department.</li>\n <li>Facilitate the participation of students during “Music Sundays” which take place at least 1 Sunday per month</li>\n <li>Prepare students for participation in Divisional and Territorial “Star Search” music and arts competition. Assist with logistics of transportation, chaperoning, preparation, and leading on competition date.</li>\n <li>Encourage and support youth participation in Divisional music and arts programs by making sure participants are ready for auditions, music camps, and conservatories.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)</li>\n <li>Must have basic office skills including the use of computers.</li>\n <li>Minimum Associate Degree in a related field or two years of college in education or youth work or 2 years of equivalent experience working with youth and music ministries.</li>\n <li>Must have musical ability in Brass Band, Theory, Vocal, and other Instrumental Instruction such as Piano, Guitar, Bass, etc.</li>\n <li>Strong Communications skills, positive attitude, initiative, flexibility, dependability, creativity, and ability to work both independently and as a member of a professional team.</li>\n <li>Ability to support, instruct and connect with campers, staff, and Corps leaders.</li>\n <li>Be self-motivated and hard working. </li>\n</ul>",
