The right person should be confident reading drawings, building cleanly and efficiently, adapting solutions on the fly, and helping guide projects from concept through install</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Ideal candidates have:</p>\n<p>• Strong carpentry and shop skills</p>\n<p>• Experience with power tools and fabrication equipment</p>\n<p>• Practical understanding of materials and build methods</p>\n<p>• Ability to work independently and help lead projects in active production environments</p>\n<p>• Scenic, entertainment, theater, event, or themed build experience is a strong plus</p>",
