    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Overview</span><br>We are recruiting participants for a paid, in-person video data collection study in Kraków. You will record short video sessions using secure, client-provided devices with guidance from a moderator.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Record short videos (15–20 seconds) with simple head movements</li>\n<li>Capture recordings at different distances and lighting conditions</li>\n<li>Provide portrait photos (used to generate masks)</li>\n<li>Option to participate in additional “masked” sessions using face masks</li>\n</ul>\n<p>All sessions take place indoors and follow specific recording guidelines.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Diversity Requirement</span><br>We are looking for diverse participants at age groups (65+), males,  dark skin tones, and ethnic backgrounds.
