As a&#xa0;<strong>Team Leader</strong>&#xa0;at Goodwill, you will assist management with the daily operations of a retail store/ outlet. The Team Leader will direct staff to ensure the retail store/outlet operates efficiently. This position will mentor new employees, teaching them skills to succeed in a career in retail. If you have strong leadership skills and want to put them to the test, the Team Leader position is the perfect fit for you!</p><p><strong>Duties will also include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist the management team with the responsibilities of the day-to-day operations of a retail store/ outlet.</li><li>Provide leadership and direction to staff, program participants, donors, and customers, while ensuring that production and quality goals and standards are achieved.</li><li>Maintain and promote a clean and safe work environment.</li></ul><p><strong>External Hiring Range</strong>: $13.00 up to $13.91/hour</p><p><strong>Retention Bonus:</strong>&#xa0;$1,000 after 180 days of employment.</p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Will vary, must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</p><p><strong>Travel:</strong>&#xa0;Local travel may will be required.</p>",
