Reporting to the Restoration Supervisor, you will be responsible for the frontline execution of water, fire, and mold remediation projects. This role requires a blend of technical demolition skills, equipment expertise, and a commitment to customer service during high-stress disaster scenarios.</p><h3 data-path-to-node=\"4\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h3><ul data-path-to-node=\"5\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Property Assessment:</b> Conduct thorough inspections of damaged structures to evaluate moisture levels and fire impact. Document findings through photos and moisture mapping to assist in the insurance claims process.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Production Services:</b> Perform on-site restoration tasks including high-volume water extraction, soot and smoke decontamination, and mold abatement.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Precision Demolition:</b> Execute controlled removal of compromised building materials (e.g., drywall, flooring, cabinetry).
