    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Customer Service Rep, Part-Time</span></strong></p><p>Lifetime Activities is looking for a part-time customer service representative for it&#39;s location at the state of the art Goldman Tennis Center located at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco, CA. Lifetime Activities is a successful, mature company with 30 years of experience managing and staffing tennis and recreational facilities. (www.lifetimeactivities.com)</p><p><u>Description:</u></p><p>The ideal candidate possesses the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience for the San Francisco tennis community by assisting with court reservations, racquet stringing, offering equipment recommendations, basic class placement advice to a diverse clientele. Must be able to anticipate the needs of knowledgeable patrons as well as new customers seeking advice and guidance. The ideal candidate is a friendly, customer focused individual who enjoys helping others and working in a positive team environment.</p><p><u>Duties include:</u></p><ul><li>Conduct point of sale transactions</li><li>Help customers make court reservations and register for classes&nbsp;</li><li>Answer phones and provide information on programs and services</li><li>Must be able to lift 40 pounds</li><li>String racquets (training provided)</li><li>General cleaning/disinfecting of the pro-shop, courts, and restrooms</li><li>Must have reliable transportation</li></ul><p><strong>NOTE: This position is required by law to submit to a consumer investigative report.
