    "description": "<p>The Gifted Healthcare Recruiter for Education Services is responsible for helping school clients staff for Special Education Teachers, School Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, School Psychologists, Paraprofessionals and more.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span><span> </span>Remote - United States</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Expectations and Objectives of the Educational Recruiter:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for deployment of recruiting strategies, employing traditional sourcing technologies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas</li>\n<li>Prospect database and identify and call on top educational professionals to build rapport, referrals and qualify high quality candidates for submission</li>\n<li>Develop, manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and communicate consistently and effectively </li>\n<li>Engage and convert inquiries to interested candidates</li>\n<li>Conduct interview and reference check, skill market candidates, and evaluate, qualify and disqualify applicants</li>\n<li>Creatively network and participate in industry recruiting blogs or forums which lead to helpful information regarding prospect opportunities at Gifted Healthcare</li>\n<li>Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting</li>\n<li>Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions and collaborate as part of the team to achieve fulfillment goals</li>\n<li>Manage clinicians on assignments<br></li>\n<li>Document all activities in internal systems</li>\n<li>Interact positively and constructively with cross functional areas; sales, recruitment, staffing and credentialing</li>\n<li>Responsible to identify company/team areas for improvement on an ongoing basis</li>\n<li>Provide superb internal and external customer service </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Metrics for Success:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Specific KPIs regarding calls, submittals, and placements to be determined on an individual basis</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years of related Recruitment experience- previous experience in healthcare or education staffing a plus<br></li>\n<li>Works well under pressure</li>\n<li>Highly Motivated</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy and positive attitude</li>\n<li>Collaborative, responsive, proactive team player</li>\n<li>Able to identify issues to be handled and those that may need to be elevated</li>\n<li>Proficient on a PC including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook</li>\n<li>Demonstrates excellence in written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Ability to determine appropriate course of action in more complex situations</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, decision-making and time management skills</li>\n</ul>",
