    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "Job Description \n<p></p>\n<p>Must have standard knowledge and a range of trade-specific capabilities critical for the construction, maintenance and repairs of building structures and systems, with standard knowledge of tools and equipment.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Job Responsibility</p>\n<p></p>\n<p>1.Performs detailed inspections, installations, and building repairs through standard knowledge of trade-specific techniques.<br>\n  2.Standard utilization of tools and equipment to efficiently complete installation and repair tasks.<br>\n  3.Coordinate and collaborate extensively with trade-specific systems to complete specialized assignments.<br>\n  4.Collect, analyze, and interpret data on machine operation, proposing actions to minimize risk and enhance performance.<br>\n  5.Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment and systems, identifying potential defects or inefficiencies and addressing them promptly.<br>\n  6.Ability to assess and determine resources, supplies, and staffing needed to complete tasks.&nbsp;<br>\n  7.Performs the demolition of building elements, and cleans up areas as needed.<br>\n  8.Maintain standard working knowledge of construction practices and techniques, staying updated with relevant trade-specific safety procedures.<br>\n  9.Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
