We foster a culture built around our Foundation Principles, which define how we approach our relationships with our employees, vendors, customers and communities and influence every aspect of our business. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs CNC machine operations such as: proper set-up and calibration procedures</li>\n <li>Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor</li>\n <li>Maintains specification by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tolls; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes</li>\n <li>Maintains work area and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; informing manager of repair needs, when required</li>\n <li>Documents actions by completing production logs</li>\n <li>Accomplishes company goals by meeting department goals and daily work requirements within established time frame</li>\n <li>Utilizes cut lists and/or drawings to ensure that finished parts are correct size and color</li>\n <li>Loads and uploads materials properly, in accordance with established company guidelines</li>\n <li>Properly disposes of scrap materials from cuts</li>\n <li>Responsible for learning to run Beamsaw</li>\n <li>Responsible for cutting remakes on Beamsaw</li>\n <li>Reports damaged/defective parts by competing Remake Log Sheet</li>\n <li>Cleans dust collector bags before shift ends</li>\n <li>Adheres to guidelines established by the Safety Director, including wearing of safety glasses at all times in the shop and wearing ear plugs</li>\n <li>Assists on other projects as required by manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>We believe in taking care of our team. </strong>That's why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that goes beyond just health insurance (though we've got that covered too!).
