Responsibilities Assist with managing and maintaining client accounts. Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and requests. Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments. Monitor account activities and ensure timely follow-up on client needs. Maintain accurate account records and documentation. Support account planning and client retention initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and account-related materials. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service quality. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training programs. Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Professional and customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
