The areas of operation will be downtown, short north and grandview.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s the job like?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Patrol an assigned area by vehicle or on foot to ensure public compliance with existing parking ordinance.</li>\n <li>Patrol properties to maintain safety.</li>\n <li>Issue warnings and citations for illegally parked vehicles.</li>\n <li>Locate suspicious objects or vehicles.</li>\n <li>Communicate situation details to appropriate personnel.</li>\n <li>Observe and report hazardous conditions that need to be resolved</li>\n <li>Make arrangements for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles to be towed, and direct tow-truck drivers to the correct vehicles.</li>\n <li>Enter and retrieve information pertaining to vehicle registration, identification, and status, using hand-held computers.</li>\n <li>Use databases to locate investigation details or other information.</li>\n <li>Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as; Tools</li>\n <li>Hand-held citation computers</li>\n <li>Direct vehicle traffic in garage properties to reduce congestion</li>\n <li>Assist motorists or pedestrians at assigned areas</li>\n <li>Sweep up assigned areas</li>\n <li>Take out the trash at assigned areas</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stable pay starting at <strong>$17/hour</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Auto reimbursement avaliable</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Weekly Pay:</strong> Get paid <strong>every Friday!</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Saturday and Sunday 11AM-5PM</strong></li>\n <li>Growth opportunities with higher wages</li>\n <li>Vision, dental and medical care benefits available to any team members working 30+ hours/week</li>\n <li>Continual opportunity for referral bonuses and raises</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid driver’s license and good driving record</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)</li>\n <li>At least 18 Years of age</li>\n <li>Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift</li>\n <li>Professional appearance</li>\n <li>Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>DashCams: Citrin invested in the safety of team members by implementing dashcams. The purpose of dashcams are to protect our drivers while driving and improve off-site driving behaviors.
