    "description_html": "<p><strong>Overall Position Purpose</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Managing Director, Certification position exists to lead and evolve our mature certification business unit. This role drives strategic authority, operational control, and accountability to sustain growth and protect quality. This role will ensure the complex, high-stakes credentialing programs are delivered with precision, consistency, and efficiency. The Managing Director, Certification will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Execute the overall business strategy, including annual operating plans, OKRs, and multi-year roadmap;</li><li>Own full profit and loss performance for the certification business, including revenue, margin, and long-term financial sustainability;</li><li>Ensure delivery of secure , reliable and zero-defect credentialing programs across all certifications;</li><li>Maintain compliance with ANSI/ISO accreditation standards and ensure audit readiness and success;</li><li>Make enterprise-aligned investment and resource allocation decisions across operations, technology, and growth initiatives;</li><li>Drive revenue growth through new certifications, market expansion, and strategic partnerships;&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and strengthen our market positions as the gold standard in healthcare credentialing;&nbsp;</li><li>Set the strategic direction of the certification portfolio across initial certification and Maintenance of Certification (MOC);&nbsp;</li><li>Define the certification product roadmap, including prioritization of features, enhancements, and investments;</li><li>Lead the pricing strategy development and recommendations across the certification programs and offerings;&nbsp;</li><li>Evaluate and launch new certification products, including business case development and go-to-market alignment;</li><li>Oversee full credentialing lifecycle to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability;</li><li>Drive operational efficiency and scalability through process optimization, while preserving quality, compliance, and exam integrity;</li><li>Provide strategic oversight and alignment for ARDMS and APCA Councils and related governance;&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, HR, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated business outcomes; and</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Inteleos Attributes</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Accountable</strong> – taking ownership of your work and delivers results.
