He/she is a key member of our Business Development team and helps lead the creation and implementation of referral strategies that increase patient census, brand awareness, and overall company visibility.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain referrals from existing referral sources and follow up to ensure patients are enrolled with the agency</li>\n<li>Build strategic partnerships and develop techniques to attract new clients in the industry</li>\n<li>Schedule and present information about True Care’s programs and services to community organizations, including doctors’ offices, hospitals, nursing homes, independent living facilities, planning boards, and other healthcare professionals</li>\n<li>Utilize marketing strategies and techniques to attract new patients</li>\n<li>Research and participate in health and wellness fairs throughout New York City; coordinate partnerships with different health agencies with long-term impact goals in mind</li>\n<li>Attend community events as needed</li>\n<li>Develop compelling and concise outreach materials in collaboration with the Branding department</li>\n<li>Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the agency, including our vision, mission, and values; the services we provide; and how we differentiate ourselves from other home care agencies</li>\n<li>Provide monthly reports on outreach efforts</li>\n<li>Perform other related marketing duties as assigned<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma/College degree in a related business field preferred</li>\n<li>Knowledge of and experience in the Home Care Private Client sector is a plus</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This role requires up to 75% travel within New York City; having a car is required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required</span><br></li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with computer applications, including Salesforce and Excel</li>\n<li>Excellent sales and marketing, communication, time management, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Self-driven with strong business development goals and the ability to execute plans to achieve desired outcomes</li>\n<li>Clean, professional image, behavior, and demeanor are expected at all times<br></li>\n<li>Maintaining standards of high quality customer service</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>PTO and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Professional development opportunities</li>\n<li>Mission-driven work in an innovative healthcare space</li>\n</ul>",
