The Security Engineering team has an opportunity for an <strong>IT Senior Manager</strong>. In this position you will directly influence security posture by providing leadership to an engineering team responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, optimization, and support of security technology tools, solutions, and automation for security capabilities. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As an <strong>IT Senior Manager</strong> on the Security Engineering Team, you will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported</li>\n <li>Be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high performing team of results-oriented engineers and managers; build and develop integrated and high performing teams</li>\n <li>Stay current with security trends, specifically related to cyber security threats, vulnerabilities, detection, analysis, and mitigation</li>\n <li>Oversee development lifecycle, technical projects, and engineering processes </li>\n <li>Serve as escalation point, proactively addressing roadblocks and helping the team delivery high-quality results</li>\n <li>Establish and maintain key performance metrics, identify opportunities, and improve processes</li>\n <li>Build strong relationships across IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices </li>\n <li>Ensure solutions developed across the organization are aligned to standards and principles</li>\n <li>Protect our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities, following security policies and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience in leadership with team-centric skills, strong solution orientation, and sense of ownership</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills with proven ability to partner with various teams and levels on technical solutions</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to be proactive, flexible in critical thinking, problem solving, and making decisions</li>\n <li>Broad understanding of IT ecosystems and structure</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding areas</li>\n <li>8+ years related experience</li>\n <li>⁠Experience managing technical teams, to include performance management, employee development, and hiring</li>\n <li>Experience managing managers or other technical leadership</li>\n <li>Experience with capacity planning</li>\n <li>Proven success leading, mentoring, and motivating team members to maximize their potential and deliver high quality results and solutions</li>\n <li>Experience in leading project teams across teams and departments supporting IT initiatives </li>\n <li>Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred</li>\n <li>Experience with Endpoint agents, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Atlassian, Splunk, AWS and/or Azure</li>\n <li>Management experience in Cyber Security or related technologies</li>\n <li>Experience managing external vendors and service providers</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of security tools and capabilities including but not limited to Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM), Application Control, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Security Event Monitoring, User Behavior Analytics, Vulnerability Scanning, and Penetration Testing</li>\n</ul>",
