Responsibilities and Duties Developing and implementing effective sales strategies, Coaching team members, Fostering a high-performance culture, Driving revenue and customer count growth Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing team of sales consultants Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching to ensure team success. Conduct performance evaluations and implement development plans for team members. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals Identify new market opportunities and target potential customers in residential and commercial sectors Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results Ensure the sales team delivers exceptional customer service and builds long-term client relationships Address escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates Provide training to the sales team on products, services, and seasonal application needs Work with marketing to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives Prepare and present regular sales reports to leadership, detailing progress toward goals, market trends, and team performance Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, identify opportunities, and mitigate risks Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery of services Provide feedback to improve service offerings and promotional campaigns Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and improve performance Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior leadership Qualifications and Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve high performance Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making Strong organizational and time-management skills Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Strong understanding of industry products Capacity to align team activities with long-term business objectives Strong ability to analyze sales data and market trends Effective at identifying and resolving challenges Commitment to understanding and delivering on customer needs Ability to learn and exercise financial acumen Requirements: High school diploma or GED Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred Benefits Competitive salary plus generous commission plan Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Sick Time PTO Paid Holidays We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and provide consideration for an employment relationship without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, genetic predisposition, national origin, ethnicity, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law .
