Pave the way with SP+, a diverse and innovative company!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>What you’ll do</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.</li>\n <li>Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.</li>\n <li>Answer questions promptly and courteously.</li>\n <li>Inform customers of the parking rate.</li>\n <li>Maintain a neat and clean appearance, arrive, and remain in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts.</li>\n <li>Give directions to customers to various locations in the area.</li>\n <li>Report any unknown, observed, or suspected violation of company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the supervisors.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><em>What you need</em></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required.</li>\n <li>Less than High School education or one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Availability to Work:  Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.  If applicable, availability to work the 3rd shift and weekends may be a requirement.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company. Ability to write simple correspondence.</li>\n <li>Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10s and 100s. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.</li>\n <li>Employees will be required to maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times.</li>\n <li>The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
