    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Description</strong><br>QuantalRF is seeking a highly motivated individual to play a key technical role in the development and evolution of its emerging RF/wireless technology. The candidate must be able to demonstrate significant knowledge of RF systems engineering, in particular for cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, and 5G applications. They should also possess the capability to think of out-of-the-box solutions to problems and seamlessly interface between customers and internal members of the validation and design teams. Typical responsibilities include:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Providing technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and issues related to the bring-up and performance of our evaluation kits.</li><li>Working closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve any issues in product integration to achieve successful design-wins.</li><li>Developing and optimizing reference EVK designs to showcase the capabilities of our products.</li><li>Writing datasheets, application notes, training materials, and other documentation for customers.</li><li>Collaborating with internal design teams to provide feedback on product performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.</li><li>Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&#39;s or Master&#39;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of RF systems engineering, in particular for cellular, Wi-Fi, BT, and 5G applications with more than 10 years of experience.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Familiarity with RF Front-End parameters such as NF, noise circles, IP2/IM2, IP3/IM3, Gain modes, S-parameters, as well as Tx path PAE, Gain, ACLR, power sweep, Rx Band Noise, harmonics, Spectrum Emission Mask, etc.</li><li>Hands-on experience with testing and characterization equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.</li><li>Experience in developing reference designs and documentation.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li><li>Willingness to travel for customer visits, field testing, and industry events.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Desirable Skills and Experience</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Experience in related fields such as RFIC design or silicon bench validation/characterization.</li><li>Experience in working in one or more startup companies.</li></ul><p><strong>What is Offered</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Working with innovative technology.</li><li>Join a dynamic and innovative startup environment where you are encouraged to share your thoughts and opinions with tremendous potential for creativity and ownership.</li><li>Opportunity to be a key contributor, with equity at an early company stage.</li><li>Exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K plan, bonus plan and more.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
