This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to ensure that nursing staff have the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to provide high-quality patient care. The Nurse Educator collaborates with nursing leadership, clinical experts, and interdisciplinary teams to identify learning needs, develop curricula, and facilitate ongoing education and training initiatives.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Additionally, the Nurse Educator serves as a resource person for nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance clinical practice and promote professional growth.
