You should be able to evaluate, select, specify, and engineer systems or products for a project, and be able to scope projects based on client interactions and standard due diligence. A Civil Engineer will perform a variety of tasks which may include calculations, design solutions, specifications and field work, and must be able to teach, guide, and develop staff effectively. The projects that a Civil Engineer may be assigned to may be broad, varied and diverse in scope. This role also analyzes proposed projects to ensure reliability, resource efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Your Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for design of multiple projects, which may include residential, commercial, and industrial development projects</li>\n <li>Utilize technologies including Civil 3D in development of three-dimensional models of civil systems and provides markups for supporting engineers/designers</li>\n <li>Lead project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors</li>\n <li>Participate in value analysis, and basic cost estimating</li>\n <li>Act as a resource to developing engineers, EITs, and other technical staff on multiple independent projects</li>\n <li>Assist senior engineers/designers with developing and managing the project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule</li>\n <li>Lead the preparation and coordination of the project specifications with construction documents</li>\n <li>Conducts quality assurance and quality control on projects</li>\n</ul>",

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
