    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.23.14/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"></p><div class=\"fr-view\"><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.13.17/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">ABOUT THE POSITION:</span></strong></p><p>The Equipment Operator is responsible for learning all aspects of the material handler (excavator) operation, end loader and other equipment to safely move material throughout our yard including inspection, and routine maintenance. &nbsp;Also required is the ability to read, write, interpret documents and communicate effectively; and regular and reliable attendance.</p><p><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.6.28/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><strong><br></strong><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">ABOUT YOU:</span></strong></p><p>Previous experience operating any material handling equipment is required. &nbsp;Willingness to be teachable and trainable in the safe operation of our equipment. &nbsp; Must possess the ability be reliable, trustworthy and a team player. &nbsp;</p><p><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">MORE DETAILS:&nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul><li>Perform equipment safety check according to checklist.</li><li>Check all equipment fluid for proper levels and back-up alarm for proper operating condition. &nbsp; Add fluid as needed.</li><li>Perform lubrication and other daily service activities according to procedures.</li><li>Start equipment and check gauges for proper operating status.</li><li>Making lifts to assist.</li><li>Operate Heavy Equipment to load/ unload material, and feed scrap processing equipment, according to company and safety procedures.</li><li>Follow shut down procedures at end of shift according to daily checklist.</li><li>Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documentation, etc.</li><li>Follow and comply with all safety and work regulations. &nbsp;Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.</li><li>Plan work sequences to ensure the most effective completion of work assignments.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color: rgb(44, 130, 201);\">EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: &nbsp;</span></strong></p><ul><li>Requires diploma or GED and/ or three to five years related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
