The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing software and familiar with post-production workflows, including media management, syncing, basic color correction, and audio leveling.</h3><p>In this role, you will:</p><ul><li>Assist  Senior Editors and Creative Directors in shaping video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, brand films, sizzles, and case studies</li><li>Import, transcode, sync, and organize raw footage and assets within established workflows</li><li>Build rough assemblies and string outs from creative briefs or scripts, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems</li><li>Support light color correction, audio leveling, and motion graphics under the guidance of senior editors</li><li>Keep project files organized and manage storage workflows across shared drives and cloud platforms</li><li>Export, encode, and deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios and codecs optimized for social and digital platforms</li><li>Manage revisions, versioning, and delivery according to specs and client feedback</li><li>Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistency with brand standards</li><li>Troubleshoot common post-production issues and assist with software/hardware setup when needed</li><li>Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, platform requirements, and content best practices</li></ul><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>2+ years of hands-on video editing or post-production experience (internships and freelance work welcome)</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail</li><li>Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow from feedback</li><li>Passion for culture, social media, and content that captures attention</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Strong understanding of video codecs, terminology, and editing workflows</li><li> Adobe Premiere & After Effects proficient</li><li> DaVinci Resolve familiarity.</li><li> ARRI / RED/ Canon / Phantom footage workflow experience</li><li> On-set DIT experience</li><li> Meticulous organization</li><li> Strong project and file management</li><li> Strong creative sensibility, with a finger on the pulse of cosmetics and fashion marketing trends</li><li>Experience with editing videos for packaged consumer goods in the beauty industry</li><li>Must be available to work onsite five times per week M-F</li><li>All candidates must provide a link to a portfolio or attach work samples for consideration.</li><li>Candidates must be based in the United States</li></ul><p><strong>Other Skills and Abilities</strong></p><ul><li> Organization and time management to complete all projects, assignments, and tasks on time.</li><li> Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li><li> Demonstrate the ability to take direction well while working both collaboratively as well as independently.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical demands</strong></p><p>Standing, Walking and Sitting.
