Join us as a&#xa0;<strong>Civil&#xa0;Superintendent</strong>&#xa0;focused on&#xa0;<strong>municipal&#xa0; infrastructure&#xa0;</strong>-&#xa0;including water and wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, and other essential public works projects.</p><p>As our&#xa0;<strong>Civil</strong>&#xa0;<strong>Superintendent&#xa0;</strong>, you’ll lead day-to-day construction activities, enforce safety and quality standards, and partner closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive projects across the finish line - on time, on budget, and with the craftsmanship our reputation depends on.</p><ul><li>Continuously monitor project budget and forecasting to the individual phase code level and cost type for potential gains and losses</li><li>Provide leadership and direction for all project activities and tasks, ensuring project outcomes are delivered successfully and in compliance with all contracts and client needs</li><li>Ensure clear communication of project-specific roles and responsibilities for all site personnel. Provide regular and respectful feedback for all under your direction</li><li>Monitor company equipment and supplies to ensure the needed equipment is where it’s required.</li><li>Inspect tools and equipment and notify the Tools and Equipment Manager for service and repair as needed</li><li>Pitch in hands-on when needed, including night shifts or extended hours, to overcome challenges and meet critical milestones</li></ul>",

You thrive in a hands-on environment, solving problems on the fly and building trust through clear, respectful communication, even when the pressure’s on.&#xa0;</p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent for a general contractor on civil&#xa0;projects.</li><li>Proven track record managing projects valued between $1m and $30M</li><li>Background in Municipal&#xa0;Infrastructure (water, wastewater,&#xa0;bridge, etc.) projects considered a strong asset</li><li>Journeyman trade certification or equivalent field experience&#xa0;</li><li>Willingness to be hands-on in the field and to work occasional night shifts</li><li>Able and willing to travel and work in Northern BC and Northern Alberta</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><p><strong>Assets</strong></p><ul><li>Technical diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline</li><li>Gold Seal certification</li><li>NCSO</li></ul>",
