If so, we want you on our team!&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></em></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The Solar AC Electrical Foreman will be responsible for the construction, installation and modification of electrical appliances, systems, facilities, and related controls of varying design and/or complexity. The incumbent will be required to both take direction and work intuitively to support the completion of the company&rsquo;s goals and objectives in a professionally and culturally appropriate manner as per Centrica&rsquo;s policies and procedures while exceeding the expectations of our clients.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Our Solar AC Foreman Lead contributes to the team by:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Troubleshooting and diagnosing faulty systems, devices, and parts by utilizing testing equipment and as well as hand tools to identify the sources of the malfunction to resolve the issue.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Proficiency in electrical competencies including identification of faults in AC/DC electrical systems and the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve them.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Analyzing electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects as well as the necessity for modification or maintenance and to ensure code compliance.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">V</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">erifying the compatibility and safety of electrical systems by testing the continuity of circuits within the wiring, equipment, and fixtures by utilizing testing devices to ensure the integrity and functionality of the entire system.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Providing continuous feedback to management regarding any potential hazards associated with the ongoing operation of equipment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performing job duties on ladders, scaffolding, and roofs to install, maintain or repair any electrical wiring, equipment and/or fixtures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Completing physically demanding tasks such as (but not limited to): trench digging, underground installation of conduit, and long- term bending, crouching, pulling, lifting, etc.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Understanding plans, specifications, contracts, blueprints, safety documents and any other workplace or job site related documentation pertaining to each job.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Demonstrating efficient problem-solving skills while Identifying and mitigating safety hazards, code violations and other electrical issues</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>The core components needed to be successful in this role are (i.e. must haves):</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Minimum 3.5 years&rsquo; experience in a commercial, industrial, or solar electrician journeyman capacity with thorough understanding of electrical equipment, high and low voltages, electrical theory, power generation, switchgear maintenance and paralleling procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Possess strong working knowledge of job site safety with the ability to thoroughly evaluate job hazards and complete pre-work task planning with an emphasis on identifying electrical hazards and proper safety procedures.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">V</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ersed in all electrical test equipment to diagnose or troubleshoot all electrical systems and instruments.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed to achieve objectives without supervision while coordinating tasks with others through personal initiative.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">OSHA 10</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">High School Diploma or Equivalent</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>The following are a definite plus, so if you&rsquo;ve got any of these be sure to tell us!</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">OSHA 30</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Certifications and/or experience on a Boom Lift, Scissor Lift, or Extended Reach Forklift</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>This is not your average 9am &ndash; 5pm position. &nbsp;If you are someone who enjoys traveling and seeing new places this job is for you! &nbsp;Our Electrical Foreman needs to have scheduling flexibility with an ability to travel to different jobsites.&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Our Team and Culture:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">We offer a culture filled with collaboration, passion, reliability, trustworthiness and more!
