The Food Server may be requested to assist in the delivery of room service orders to guest rooms.</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>· Ensures complete guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional, attentive service</p><p>· Complete knowledge of all menu items. Including preparation and suggestions for pairing with beverages; focuses on up-selling to increase profits</p><p>· Ensures order is complete when picking up order before delivering to guest</p><p>· Responsible for table set-up within dining room work stations according to company and brand standards</p><p>· May be responsible for clearing and bussing tables in the absence of the bus person</p><p>· Responsible for set-up and preparation work for the next meal shift</p><p>· Responsible as assigned for performing service side work to include replenishing condiments, tray and table set-up and general restocking</p><p>· Responsible for supporting/assisting other Associates during peak business activities</p><p>· Follows up with guest promptly when fulfilling requests</p><p>· May be responsible for incoming Room Service orders, delivery to guest room, follow up clean up, and ensuring order is tabbed to guest account</p><p>· May be requested to assist in preparing complimentary fruit baskets and platters</p><p>· Must abide by all Federal, State, Local, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to<em> Serving</em> <em>Alcohol with Care</em> to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure laws are followed without exception&nbsp;</p><p>Duties are subject to change and additional duties/tasks may be assigned as needed&nbsp;</p>",
