Based in Sofia, you will play a key role in supporting AJW’s global teardown projects and closely tracking customer repairs to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced environment, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly and help maintain efficient, reliable logistics operations for our customers.</p><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><h4><strong>Key Duties</strong></h4><p style=\"min-height: 1.7em;\"></p><ul><li><p>Manage the booking, movement and tracking of all parts within the teardown supply chain, keeping all parties informed of progress or delays.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and track customer repairs and off‑core units, resolving issues quickly to avoid disruption.</p></li><li><p>Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across teardown and repair logistics.</p></li><li><p>Ensure full compliance with aviation, customs, export control and dangerous goods regulations.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and validate all logistics documentation, including invoices, airway bills, packing lists and customs paperwork.</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and audit requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to support smooth end‑to‑end movements.</p></li><li><p>Support continuous improvement by suggesting new ways of working and helping implement changes.</p></li></ul>",
