The ideal candidate will be motivated to develop and build their personal knowledge and skills to assist with the growth and success of the office. We offer a friendly, professional atmosphere with excellent benefits and a salary commensurate with experience.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><br></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\"><strong><u>Job Description</u></strong><strong>:</strong></span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Assisting senior design personnel in developing and completing designs and contract documents. Design municipal and state projects for streets/highways/freeways involving roadway, drainage, utilities, and traffic engineering. Ability to function as a project engineer and understand all aspects of design and plan production. Preparation and checking of design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and project plans.</span></p><p style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18px;\">Self-motivated, technically proficient, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is team-oriented.
