Once training is completed and all required institution competencies have been achieved, the Technologists work under indirect technical supervision.&nbsp;<br><br>Think you’ve got what it takes?&nbsp;<br><br>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Provides quality patient-centered neurodiagnostic testing.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform routine Neurodiagnotics procedures in accordance with ABRET/ACNS guidelines and ASET competencies and/or BRPT/AAST&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures electrode application in adherence with the International 10–20 System&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintains the patient’s safety through communication&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Continues to learn and apply basic and intermediate waveform recognition, relevant medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, infection control, and current HIPPA practices&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs patient assessment as related to care such as electrode product allergies, movement restrictions, and cognitive function&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Seeks exposure to educational opportunities to enhance professional growth and technical knowledge related to the brain or neuroanatomy disease, and neurodiagnostic; practice to prepare for registry exam.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Documents information in patient medical record and assists with patient billing process.&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs other essential job duties&nbsp;<br><br>As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.&nbsp;<br><br>Skills &amp; Requirements&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Required H.S.
