As a key client-facing team member and trusted advisor, you identify business and technology problems and work with our solution design team to solve those problems. font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Gather requirements</span> with stakeholders and users to identify goals, user needs, drivers for change, current processes, pain points, risks, external factors, what the solution needs to do and what may be viable solution options</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Evaluate</span> opportunities for process re-design based on best practices and work with architects to propose solutions</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-weight: bold;\">Experience You Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">5 years+ of experience as a System Analyst with a track record of getting things done</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Excellent communication skills, written and verbal </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Experience in custom software / technology projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Strong knowledge of business analysis best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Superior relationship management skills </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Tech-savvy and can pickup new tools quickly</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Experience in creating wireframes for user interfaces</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\">Relevant University degree or college diploma</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
