About the Role: As a Grill Line Cook, your main responsibility will be to prepare and cook food items on the grill according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with a variety of grilling techniques and equipment. Knowledge of different cuts of meat and cooking temperatures. Ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to the restaurant's recipes and standards. Ensure that all food items are cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the grill area. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in the preparation of ingredients and other kitchen tasks as needed. Skills: In this role, your skills in grilling and cooking techniques will be put to use on a daily basis.
