    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Position: </span>Field Services Vendor Manager<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Department: </span>Technical Services<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Location: </span>Remote<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Reporting To:</span> Field Services Team Lead<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Subordinates: </span>None<br>Suitable For 3-5 years of industry experience</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Job Functions</span><br>Field Services Vendor Management's role is to source, assess, on-board new service <br>partners and off-board uncooperative service partners for TRT.<br>It is the responsibility of FS-VM to recruit quality service partners and develop strategic <br>relationships with them to align with TRT’s strategies and objectives.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Workflow:</span><br>• Proactive sourcing &amp; onboarding of service partners on the assigned region making <br>sure that they are within the market value.<br>• Offboarding of inactive service partners<br>• Annual renewal of service partner contracts<br>• Handle the SeP sourcing task for within the ASSC process for transition of new <br>customers.<br>o On board at least 3 service partners (SePs) per customer location within 1 <br>hour radius within the span of the 30-days transition period.<br>• Arrange block of hours purchase for the trusted SePs with spare parts.<br>Deliverables Required:<br>• Maintain a minimum of 3 active service partners per customer location<br>• Onboarding of 5 Service Partners per week with complete contract and within the <br>market value.<br>• All answers from service partners related to onboarding, contracts and offboarding <br>are answered the same day.<br>• Able to elaborate to service partner the potential scope of work and SLA <br>expectations.<br>• Negotiate with new service partners for the rates to be below the market value<br>• Close the ASSC tasks within 21 days.<br>• No inactive service partners are in SPDB (Service Partner Databa<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Requirements:</span><br>• Excellent negotiation skills<br>• Excellent in MS Excel, and Outlook<br>• Prior experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community <br>management, and other relevant roles<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with <br>individuals from a variety of countries and locations.<br>• Must have 1 year of experience handling IT system hardware break fix<br>• Willing to work in day, mid or night schedule depending on reginal assignment.<br>• Work remotely</p>",
