You’ll play a key role in delivering top-notch maintenance and repair work for our clients.</p>\n<p>✅ What You’ll Do:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs based on work orders</li>\n<li>Test drive vehicles to confirm issues and completed repairs</li>\n<li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment</li>\n<li>Adhere to company guidelines and occupational health and safety procedures</li>\n<li>Collaborate and communicate clearly with the team and management</li>\n<li>Participate in shop maintenance and cleanliness</li>\n<li>Complete required online training (EV and others)<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p>🎯 Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Red Seal Certification (Mandatory)</li>\n<li>EV training or hands-on EV experience (Asset)</li>\n<li>Physically capable of handling vehicle maintenance tasks</li>\n<li>Great attitude, strong work ethic, and effective communication skills</li>\n<li>Willing to grow and learn within a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>💰 What We Offer:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hourly wage: $38–$44, depending on qualifications and experience</li>\n<li>Signing bonus available upon 6-month completion of employment</li>\n<li>Annual performance reviews with potential for raises</li>\n<li>Full-time position with benefits and recognition</li>\n<li>Career advancement opportunities with ongoing training</li>\n<li>A supportive team and work-life balance</li>\n</ul>\n<p>🙌 Inclusive Workplace</p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
